Data Deletion Policy
- Effective Date:
This policy explains how to remove Google data connected through TrustFusion.
1. Self‑service deletion (recommended)
- In WordPress, open Dashboard → TrustFusion.
- Click Disconnect Google Business Profile (removes stored OAuth tokens).
- Use the settings controls to delete the connected profile and any stored reviews from the database.
- Optionally uninstall the plugin to remove plugin data.
2. Manual request
Email support@webcitylab.com from the site owner’s address with the subject “TrustFusion — Data Deletion.” We will respond within two business days and complete deletion within seven days, excluding backups.3. Revoking access in Google
From your Google Account → Security → Third‑party access, revoke TrustFusion. This immediately prevents future API access.4. Backups and logs
Server backups may retain deleted data for a limited period as part of routine disaster recovery. Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis. Thewp_trustfusion_sync_log table stores minimal operational logs; you may delete it at any time from your database or request assistance.
