Privacy Policy — TrustFusion (Free)

Web City Lab (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the TrustFusion WordPress plugin. This policy explains how TrustFusion accesses and uses data when you connect your own Google Business Profile (GBP).

1. Data we access via Google

• Scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage (single scope).
• Purpose: read your own GBP reviews so you can display them on your website.
• Data accessed: business profile metadata (name, address, phone, website, timezone, verification status, rating summary) and public review content (reviewer name and photo, rating, comment text, timestamps, review IDs). TrustFusion does not read Gmail, Drive, Contacts, or unrelated Google data.

2. Tokens and storage

• Tokens: OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored server‑side only in WordPress options.
• Database tables:
  
  • wp_trustfusion_profiles — profile and summary info
  • wp_trustfusion_reviews — up to 10 reviews per connected profile
  • wp_trustfusion_sync_log — sync diagnostics
• Frontend: rendering is from the database; the frontend does not call Google APIs.

3. Places API

We use the Google Places API server‑side to convert a Google Maps URL to a Place ID. We do not collect or store end‑user location history or tracking data.

4. Legal basis

Our processing is based on your consent when you connect your GBP to TrustFusion.

5. Retention

• Tokens persist until you disconnect or revoke access.
• Reviews and profile data remain in your database until you delete them or uninstall the plugin.

6. Your choices and deletion

• Click Disconnect Google Business Profile in the plugin to remove tokens.
• Delete stored profile/reviews from the plugin settings, or email us to request deletion assistance.
• You may also revoke TrustFusion’s access from your Google Account at any time.

7. Security

We follow WordPress coding standards and store tokens server‑side only. No secrets are exposed on the frontend. You are responsible for securing your site, hosting environment, and backups.

8. Children’s data

TrustFusion is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly process children’s personal data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The latest version will be published at this URL with the updated date.
