Terms of Service

By using the TrustFusion plugin, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose and scope

TrustFusion connects to Google Business Profile using OAuth 2.0 to read a merchant’s own reviews and render them on a WordPress site. The plugin requests a single scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage.

2. Your responsibilities

• Use TrustFusion only with GBP locations you own or manage.
• Keep your site, hosting, and WordPress installation secure.
• Do not attempt to access another party’s data or circumvent access controls.

3. Data handling

• Access tokens are stored server‑side in WordPress options and used only to fetch data you authorize.
• Reviews and limited business metadata are stored in WordPress tables to enable rendering.
• Frontend pages render from the database; no live Google API calls occur in browsers.

4. Places API

Places API is used server‑side to resolve a Google Maps URL to a Place ID. Keys should be restricted to your domain or server IP.

5. Compliance

You agree to comply with Google’s applicable terms and policies for Google Business Profile and the Google API Services User Data Policy.

6. Availability and changes

TrustFusion is provided “as is.” We may update features, documentation, or these Terms at any time.

7. Termination

You may stop using TrustFusion at any time. Disconnecting removes tokens. We may terminate your use if you violate these Terms.
